We understand that life happens, and we always try to lead with grace. That said, a no-show, missed appointment, or last-minute cancellation costs Temple Atelier the chance to see another guest — so the following applies:
Rebooking requires payment in full via a Yoco Payment Link sent directly to you — your new appointment is only confirmed once that's settled. Cancellations should be made through the confirmation email you receive from Fresha.
Temple Atelier operates by appointment only, though we're occasionally able to accommodate walk-ins.
All colour services require a consultation first — ideally in person over coffee, or virtually via WhatsApp video call if time is tight. We'll talk through your desired outcome, budget, hair history, and lifestyle to land on what actually makes sense (and cents) for you. Our aim is always honest value, excellent service, and a space where you can speak freely, without judgment.
Once your consultation is complete, you'll receive a Yoco Payment Link to reserve your appointment date. The remaining balance is settled once the service is complete.
Temple Atelier is a space built around creativity, culture and community — and we may capture that on photo or video during your visit.
